THALASSO ACTIVE

1. individual physical, activity and nutrition check with recommendations by the trainer (30 min), vitalising full body aromatic oil massage (50 min)
2. individual training with the trainer (45 min), e.g. aqua-gymnastics in the seawater pool, walking/ Nordic walking or cardio training, strengthening back massage (25 min) and relaxation on waterbed
