Over 2,400 m2 – from 7 am to 10 pm every day – you’ll find everything your heart desires: a large temperate seawater swimming pool, a spacious sauna area, relaxing treatments, restorative rest zones… And everywhere you can freely enjoy the view of the open sea and the beach stretching ad infinitum!
Professional supervision
A committed, professionally trained team looks after you carefully and accompanies you through all your activities. We have climate therapists and physiotherapists, masseurs, qualified trainers, beauticians, SPA and nutrition advisers, not to mention specialist doctors, former world champions and professional sportspeople.
Fun all-round programmes!
We’ve put together more than 30 different exercise and relaxation programmes per week for you: whether it’s aqua-gymnastics, yoga or back exercises for beginners, intermediates or the advanced – everyone finds the programme that’s fun for them. And you don’t have to pay an extra cent. Those wanting more book their personal fitness coach and train with our world and Olympic champions Karl-Heinz Prudöhl, Grit Breuer and Helga Radtke.
