We’ve put together more than 30 different exercise and relaxation programmes per week
for you: whether it’s aqua-gymnastics, yoga or back exercises for beginners, intermediates or
the advanced – everyone finds the programme that’s fun for them. And you don’t have to pay
an extra cent. Those wanting more book their personal fitness coach and train with our world
and Olympic champions Karl-Heinz Prudöhl, Grit Breuer and Helga Radtke.

The NEPTUN has made a name for itself at home and abroad with Thalasso. The concept is
