Guest Relations

We want you to feel welcome and comfortable during your vacation. Therefore, our Guest Relations Team offers diverse services for your well-being. 


Here you can get information about the hotel, Warnemünde and the near surrounding as well as helpful advices for leisure time activities and events at Hotel NEPTUN.
We would like to reserve ferry connections or book tickets for concerts and theatre performances for you. Furthermore, you can rent our on-site bicycles and we organise and book transfer services.

Guests' Post

Every morning you will find the "Gästepost" (guests' post) at your breakfesttable at the restaurant. Here you get to know the latest hotel news, current SPA-offerings and tips for leisure activities in Warnemünde.

Please pay attention to the fact, that the Guests' Post is only avaible in German.

Excursions

On our guided tours, you will learn many interesting and fascinating things as well as insiders' tips about the region. Childcare

We also care for our small guests. The Hotel NEPTUN offers free daily childcare at the Seepferdchen children's club. From 09.00am to 12.00am and from 02.00pm to 05.00pm we offer a varied programme for children from 3 years on. During selected times of holidays and feast days, we offer a special children's club for kids from 7 years on with a lot of activities and excursions.
